Treatment Options (Ages 0-3)
If your child is under 3 years old and you have concerns about their speech, language, or overall development, you may qualify for a free evaluation through the San Diego Regional Center (SDRC).
The Regional Center partners with licensed professionals like us to provide early intervention services at no cost to families. This includes speech and language evaluations, therapy, and developmental support for eligible children. Services are fully funded by the state of California—you don’t need private insurance or to pay out of pocket.
Speech and language therapy for children under age 3 is completely free through California’s Early Start Program, funded by the San Diego Regional Center (SDRC) and the State of California.
These early intervention services are designed to support families when a child shows signs of developmental delay or communication challenges. Evaluations, therapy, and ongoing support are provided at no cost to families, regardless of income or insurance coverage.
Treatment Options (Ages 3+)
Thrive Speech Services offers convenient in-home speech therapy sessions at $70 per 30-minute session for clients that are within 5-10 mile radius of main office location. Each session provides individualized, focused support in the comfort of your home, eliminating the need to travel or wait in a clinic. The last five minutes are dedicated to parent, caregiver, or client education to help learn strategies for continued progress, and weekly homework is provided when appropriate to support practice between visits. This service offers a high level of professional care, guidance, and convenience to help children and adults build strong communication skills in their natural environment.
Thrive Speech Services offers in-home speech therapy sessions for $130 per hour if the client is within a 5-10 mile radius of home office location. Each session is personalized to meet your unique communication goals in the comfort of your home, eliminating the need to travel or wait in a clinic. The last ten-fifteen minutes of each session are dedicated to education, allowing caregivers and clients to learn strategies that support progress throughout the week. When appropriate, weekly homework activities are also provided to encourage continued practice and reinforce skills between visits.
Comprehensive speech and language evaluations at Thrive Speech Services are offered at a flat rate of $200. Each evaluation includes a detailed assessment of communication skills through a combination of standardized testing, language sampling, observation, and parent or caregiver input. Areas assessed may include receptive and expressive language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic (social) communication, depending on the child’s needs. Following the assessment, a complete written report is provided that includes test results, interpretation, and individualized therapy goals tailored to support meaningful progress. The evaluation also includes a feedback discussion with the caregiver to review findings, answer questions, and outline recommended next steps for therapy

All clients will be provided with individualized treatment plans post-evaluation, unique short term and long term goals, and will be kept up to date on their progress and recommendations. All treatment is based on evidence based practice and clients/their families will be informed of the practices being used to use further within the home.
Telehealth treatment sessions will be priced at $100/60 minutes for clients of all ages. All clients will be provided with individualized treatment plans post-evaluation, unique short term and long term goals, and will be kept up to date on their progress and recommendations. All treatment is based on evidence based practice and clients/their families will be informed of the practices being used to use further within the home.
Parenting a neurodiverse child comes with unique joys, questions, and challenges — and no one should have to navigate that path alone. Growing Together is a free weekly support space for parents and caregivers to connect with others, ask questions about their child’s individual needs, and share their experiences in a safe and understanding environment. Each week will feature a guided discussion topic related to real-life situations, communication, and family well-being, with open time for parents to talk about what’s on their minds. Whether you’re seeking guidance, reassurance, or simply community, this group is here to offer both practical support and genuine connection. Sessions are facilitated by Priscilla Gonzalez, M.S., CCC-SLP, a bilingual speech-language pathologist with experience supporting autistic and neurodiverse children and their families. Meetings take place every Sunday morning in a calm, welcoming space designed for conversation and connection.
Ser padre o madre de un niño neurodiverso trae consigo alegrías, preguntas y desafíos únicos — y nadie debería recorrer ese camino solo. Creciendo Juntos es un espacio gratuito de apoyo semanal para padres y cuidadores que buscan conectarse con otras familias, hacer preguntas sobre las necesidades individuales de sus hijos y compartir sus experiencias en un ambiente seguro y comprensivo. Cada semana se presentará un tema de conversación enfocado en situaciones reales, la comunicación y el bienestar familiar, además de tiempo abierto para que los padres puedan hablar sobre lo que tengan en mente. Ya sea que busques orientación, tranquilidad o simplemente conexión, este grupo está aquí para ofrecer apoyo práctico y comunidad genuina. Las sesiones son dirigidas por Priscilla González, M.S., CCC-SLP, terapeuta del habla bilingüe con experiencia apoyando a niños autistas y neurodiversos y a sus familias. Las reuniones se llevan a cabo cada domingo por la mañana en un espacio cálido y acogedor diseñado para la conversación y la conexión.

Partners with assisted living and retirement communities to provide engaging communication and brain wellness sessions that enhance residents’ quality of life. Offerings may include educational presentations, group therapy, sensory and cognitive activities, and caregiver or staff trainings. Services are available at a rate of $130–$150 per hour, tailored to each community’s needs.
